Our mission is simple.

Provide the highest level of research and development for skin, wound care, and nutritional products to improve the quality of life for people around the world.

Our motto is clear.

McCord Research is Healing Through Scientific Discovery.

But how do we do it?

Our philosophy is to build a business on the foundation of quality people, trusted products, targeted philanthropy and top-notch customer service.  

•    People: our team of researchers is second-to-none in the industry.  Led by Dr. Darlene McCord, the team has successfully licensed numerous products to help with nutrition, skin and wound care around the world.

•    Products: our products have been incorporated into numerous lines of highly effective and respected treatments used by physicians, caregivers and other industry professionals.

•    Philanthropy: each year the McCord Research Foundation endows Fellowships for promising scientists in Free Radical, Anatomy and Cell Biology through the University of Iowa Foundation. We also established The Buruli Project; a philanthropic arm dedicated to treating and eradicating the destructive impact of the Buruli Ulcer in young people in developing nations.
